Just wanted to let you know that REd are so many miles ahead, that there is no valid comparison.
You won’t be surprised to know that at the same time as I wrote to yourself, I wrote to 3 other agencies. One week later you were the only one who had responded. I reminded the other three with a polite follow up, but have only received one response, which was basically ‘call us’.
Thank you to you and your staff. You’ve been very prompt, very courteous (I even thought it was a nice touch that my referee had their submission acknowledged), above all HELPFUL … can I just say GOOD JOB!
