Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment
At Recruitment for Education (REd) we pride ourselves on our robust recruitment, selection and vetting process which every teacher undergoes before they start work in your school. We are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and fully comply with their Code of Conduct in Best Recruitment Practice which is vital for the safeguarding of children and young people. We adhere strictly to the specific recruitment and vetting checks, which must be made on all people who wish to work with children and young people, as outlined in the DfE document, “Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education.”
